CRC reserves the right to engage debt recovery services after 28 days if the outstanding invoice remains unpaid. Debt recovery costs incurred may be added to the outstanding balance, where legally permissible.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
i. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the quoted amount.
ii. CRC reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather, equipment failure, or safety concerns total fire bans, harvest and vehicle movement bans, or any other restrictions in place during the bushfire season.
iii. CRC will postpone or reschedule works where ground conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable, including but not limited to waterlogged or flooded areas, steep or unstable terrain, soft sand, deep excavations, excessive rocks or debris, erosion, or hidden obstructions.
iv. CRC will not proceed if ground conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for equipment operation until conditions have improved or been rectified by the client. Additional callout or rescheduling fees may apply where CRC has attended site but cannot proceed.
v. Rescheduled works will be allocated to the next available opening in CRC’s schedule. CRC will use best endeavours to minimise delays; however, in order to maintain our commitment to all clients, rescheduling will not be prioritised ahead of existing confirmed bookings.

ii. Clients must ensure domestic animals and children are kept away from operational zones at all times.
iii. If CRC deems the environment unsafe, services may be immediately terminated for that day. Travel or callout fees may still apply in accordance with Clause 2(iv).
4. Transport Services
i. Quotation for cargo transport is subject to change where additional load times apply or an exact address has not been communicated (or change of address) at the time of quotation (as per 1.i).
ii. An allowance of 30 minutes of load/unload time is included unless otherwise stated. If the CRC truck is being loaded or unloaded by the client or a third-party vehicle (e.g. forklift, telehandler, franna), loading/unloading charges still apply. Excessive idle time awaiting commencement of loading/unloading will be charged at $2.30 per minute, where applicable.

5. Tractor Services
i. The area must be clear of ground obstructions, low-hanging branches or fallen trees, unless forming part of the quotation.
ii. Tractor access minimum requirements are 2.3m W x 2.7m H. Alternatively, our services will be completed as close as practicable around trees or stumps with branches lower than 3m, without compromising safety or damage to the tractor and equipment.
iii. All open trenching or excavation works within the working area are to be backfilled to relative ground level by the client prior to the commencement of works.
iv. Travel costs may be discounted subject to grouped bookings (area) or CRC discretion.
v. If required access is not available or unsafe, CRC reserves the right to postpone, modify, or cancel the service. A call-out fee or travel cost may still be payable where access issues prevent commencement.
6. Ride-On Skid Steer Lawn Mower Services
i. The client must ensure the area to be mowed is free from: rocks, rubble, stakes, star pickets, wire, hidden tree stumps, or other obstructions that may cause damage or safety risk.
ii. CRC reserves the right to cease or modify mowing services where terrain is unsafe, unstable, or unsuitable for the equipment.
iii. CRC will not be liable for damage to underground services (e.g. irrigation, pipes, cables) unless such services are clearly marked and disclosed prior to mowing.
iv. A minimum clearance width of 1.5m is required for safe operation of ride-on equipment.
v. Mowing services are not guaranteed to achieve a uniform finish where terrain, weed density, or soil moisture affects machine performance.
7. Chemical-Free Weeder Services
Thermal shock weed control uses super-heated water (above 100°C) which converts to steam on release. This ruptures plant cells and suppresses weeds without the use of chemicals or flames.
i. Limitations
- Effectiveness depends on weed type, density, and growth stage.
 - Deep-rooted or perennial weeds may regrow after treatment.
 - The initial heat can trigger dormant seeds in the soil to germinate. Breaking the seed bank cycle requires follow-up treatments.
 - No guarantee is given that areas will remain weed-free after a single service.

ii. Environmental Conditions
- Unlike sprays, treatment is not affected by wind or spray drift.
 - Rain or soil moisture does not stop treatment but may influence regrowth.
 - Work may be rescheduled in unsafe weather conditions (e.g. storms, flooding, lightning).

iii. Client Responsibilities
- Provide safe and unobstructed access to treatment areas.
 - Remove or protect heat- or water-sensitive items (e.g. hoses, low-voltage wiring, garden features).
 - Notify us of any underground services such as irrigation, pipes, or cables.
 - Keep people and pets clear of treated areas until surfaces have cooled and dried.

iv. Site Impact
- Temporary surface discolouration may occur on paving, timber, or mulch.
 - Minor water pooling can occur during treatment.
 - We are not liable for pre-existing weaknesses or damage to undisclosed underground services.

8. Disclaimer
While CRC takes due care during works, no responsibility or liability is accepted for damage caused by hidden, unmarked, or unnotified infrastructure or obstacles including, but not limited to: reticulation systems, shallow pipework, underground pots and cable systems or small shrubs. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose and/or mark these items prior to works commencing.
9. Environmental and Heritage Conditions
The client takes full responsibility for identifying and disclosing any environmental or heritage protections affecting the property, including but not limited to Threatened Ecological Communities (TEC), Bush Forever sites, Declared Rare Flora and Fauna (DRF), or Aboriginal Heritage and Cultural Significance sites, or any other area protected under the Environmental Protection Act 1986 (WA), the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972 (WA), or related legislation.
If the property is subject to such restrictions, the client must obtain and provide all necessary permits and approvals prior to works proceeding. CRC may suspend or cancel works at its discretion until satisfactory evidence of such approvals is provided.
The client indemnifies CRC against any claims, fines, penalties, or costs arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided in relation to environmental or heritage restrictions.
10. Insurance & Licensing
CRC confirms that its operators are covered by Public Liability Insurance and hold relevant licenses required for the services provided. Clients may request proof of insurance coverage prior to commencement.
11. Privacy
i. CRC respects the privacy of its clients and complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
ii. Personal information collected by CRC (including names, contact details, addresses and service requirements) will only be used for the purpose of providing services, quotations, invoicing, and communication with clients.
iii. CRC will not disclose personal information to third parties, except where required by law, where necessary to perform the agreed services (e.g. engaging subcontractors or debt recovery agents), or with the client’s prior consent.
iv. Clients may request access to or correction of their personal information held by CRC by submitting a written request.
12. Terms & Conditions Updates
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Changes will apply to future quotations and services from the date the client is notified in writing
